At the central event of the Szent-Györgyi Days of the Medical School held on November 5th, Dr. Eszter Farkas and Dr. Ákos Menyhárt have received Excellent Undergraduate Research Project Supervisor Awards of the Albert Szent-Györgyi Medical School, for their work to promote research and in talent development.
Members of the HCEMM-USZ Cerebral Bloof Flow and Metabolism Research Group have attended the annual International Conference on Spreading Depolarizations (iCSD) 2021, organized in hybrid format in Lyon, France. Dr. Ákos Menyhárt, Rita Frank and Dr. Eszter Farkas have given talks on the Group’s recent research findings.
Members of the HCEMM-USZ Cerebral Bloof Flow and Metabolism Research Group have attended the XV. Congress of the Hungarian Stroke Society organized in Szeged, Hungary. Dr. Szilvia Kecskés and Anna Törteli have given talks on their recent research findings.
The Review Panel of the New National Excellence Program of the Ministry of Human Capacities have funded the research project applications of Dr. Réka Tóth, PhD student, and Péter Kozák undergraduate medical student. Their project supervisor is Dr. Ákos Menyhárt. The research forms an integral part of the activity of the HCEMM-USZ Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism Research Group.
